Come and discover Qi Gong for a workshop based on spiral movements in the morning (fundamentals of energy work) and energy and liver harmony in the afternoon (better management of rising energy in spring).
Workshop held on the beach in front of Le Grand Large hotel. In the event of inclement weather, the course can be held indoors at Saint-Trojan-les-Bains.
The course is open to all ages and levels.
From 10am to 4pm. Half-days also possible.
