Sourdough bread workshop

Description
After a presentation of the techniques involved, each participant prepares his or her own sourdough dough. Introduction to manual kneading and shaping. Baking in a wood-fired oven. Each participant leaves with a booklet and a hot loaf of bread! Hosted by Morgane Sire "Au pain des bois". Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (bring your own picnic for lunch). Reservations required, limited to 10 people.
