Reconnecting with Your Feminine Side—The Ritual You Never Had

At La Source, a magnificent stone wine cellar, you’ll be welcomed for a unique 3-hour experience. This break from the hustle and bustle invites women to take some time for themselves, focusing on the body and femininity, in a supportive and non-judgmental setting. Open to everyone, whether you’re new to this type of activity or a regular participant.



The program alternates between several gentle and accessible activities:

- A small-group discussion, where you can put your experiences as a woman into simple words, at your own pace and without any obligation to share

- Gentle movements inspired by yoga, focused on relaxing the pelvis and breathing

- A period of deep relaxation, guided by a voice

- A moment of being gently rocked in pairs, using a cloth, to relax and feel supported

and other activities designed to nurture yourself, just waiting to be discovered.



No prior experience is necessary: just come as you are. This is not a therapeutic session, but a time for well-being, relaxation, and sharing among women.
