Description
A yoga session featuring a sequence of poses (Flow) based on the principles of the Gasquet Method. This session is also tailored to the time of day, offering a more dynamic form of relaxation in the morning to wake up the body and boost energy. The movements are synchronized with the breath and performed with fluidity.
This session includes meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), a Sun Salutation, and other flows or sequences of poses. Between flows, we’ll take the time to refine certain pose alignments to improve the fluidity of the sequence.
