The IOTA is back on Oléron from August 12 to 16, 2026 for 5 days of free roaming experiences! Festival passes are now available on Resident Advisor. Come early, don't leave! The principle is simple: each day, a new duo of chefs, a five-course menu, one service at lunchtime and one in the evening, outdoors in warm, intimate settings. First course served at 12.30 p.m. at lunchtime, 7.30 p.m. at dinner. Places are ultra-limited, reservations essential. 54€ per person The festival pass does not give access to the banquets.



Thursday August 13 Island Favourites with Métive & Moment Ébullition 100% Oléron Zion! For the first time, Adèle Poupin (Moment, Saint-Trojan) and Pauline Celle / Julien Borie (Métive, Saint-Georges) - who have been cooking with us for 3 editions - will be sharing knives for 2 6-hand courses to kick off the IOTA food program. Métive, which opened at the end of 2025, is a cross between a sourdough bakery and a committed bistronomic cuisine, and here it dialogues with a free and creative table featuring seasonal cuisine with multiple influences.



North meets south, in a five-step menu designed as an exchange between terroir, fermentation and spontaneity. @metiveoleron @moment.oleron Friday AUGUST 14 Débit de poissons with Claire le Boudouil & Antonin Girard Claire Le Boudouil and Antonin Girard take over the apron on Friday, for a two-voice service. Long at the helm of the Pantobaguette restaurant, Antonin cooks by instinct, using raw ingredients and precise gestures. Claire, a globetrotter who spent time in Asia and now works at Dandelion in Paris, brings her travel spices and honed sense of balance to the table. An encounter where the terroir rubs shoulders with faraway horizons, with a focus on local fish. @cheffeclaire @antonours Saturday AUGUST 15 Benaise Breizh with Margaux Élie & Noémie Cadré On Saturday, two rising figures on the French gastronomic scene, both Top Cheffes 2025, meet IRL for an exceptional four-hands. Margaux Élie, head chef of the Auberge du Boisné in Charente, is making her return to IOTA, where she now has her own place, after having created a remarkable menu there last year. For the occasion, she invites Noémie Cadré, former sommelier turned chef at Caravane Palace in Rennes. An encounter between two assertive culinary styles, where the flame becomes a common thread and a shared playground.
