Description
The Saint-Georges-d'Oléron media library is hosting an original writing workshop devoted to the haiku, led by author Nathalie Biguey and organized by the Marées de Lectures association. The haiku is a short poem of Japanese origin that captures a moment, a sensation or an emotion in just a few words. During this workshop, participants will discover this accessible and playful poetic form, through inspiring examples, contemplation and guided writing suggestions. Everyone will be able to experiment with the art of saying a lot with a little, letting their own images emerge and playing with words to capture the ephemeral. The workshop will conclude with a creative moment to showcase your poem. Maximum 15 participants, on registration at 05 46 75 50 14.
