Three days to explore the forest in all its facets: This weekend, the forest becomes a space of exploration where everyone can find something to their liking, whether they're an artist at heart, curious about nature or simply in search of relaxation. It all starts on Friday evening with a magical theatrical and musical stroll. Actors, dancers and musicians will take you on a journey to meet the invisible inhabitants of the forest, before everyone gathers to share a drink and launch the weekend's festivities. For the dreamers and the creative, let your imagination run wild with unique sensory experiences. Storyteller Alexandra Castagnetti will bring woodland legends to life, while cellist Catherine Marchand will offer an intimate concert at the foot of the trees. The more manual-minded can try their hand at outdoor watercolour painting with Natacha Brault, capturing the changing light of foliage, or let themselves be guided through a forest bath by Alisson Meric. On the movement side, Barbara Jorby will be offering an initiatory dance session to reconnect body and nature. For curious and committed minds, discover the forest thanks to enthusiasts who love to share. Workshops with the LPO and CPIE Marennes Oléron will provide a fun way to learn about local biodiversity. Botanist Paolina Gauthier will reveal the unusual plants that grow beneath our feet, and permaculturist Alexandre Tavé will propose a wild harvest. For those who want to go further, forestry expert and ecologist Alain Persuy, a leading author, will host a fascinating conference on the future of our woods.



For families and sports enthusiasts, Alisson Meric will be offering an introduction to natural training. Children and their parents can run, climb and explore movement in the great outdoors. It's the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time away from screens, from toddlers to grandparents. With such a wide range of speakers, the aim is simple: to make these three days a joyful time of sharing, where everyone leaves with stars in their eyes and a new connection to nature in Oléron. The events will take place in the state forests of St Trojan, Dolus and Saint-Georges d'Oléron.
