From May 4 to 10, 2024, the festival will present its 20th edition. To mark the occasion, we'll be embarking on a musical voyage around the world, following in the footsteps of Pierre Loti. This year, we'll be going to the Americas, North and South, to see how French music has influenced the musical production of countries across the Atlantic, and also how these cultures, far from our metropolis, have nourished the inspirations of our national authors and composers.
To round off the festival, on Friday May 10 at the Eldorado in Saint-Pierre d'Oléron, we'll be delighted to welcome two pianists, classical pianist Denis Pascal and jazzman Paul Lay, who will play works by Jean Wiéner, Cole Porter, Scott Joplin and George Gerschwin, among others...
