Description
More than 1,000 years ago, from the lands of northern India, men and women took to the road. Why did they leave? Perhaps they were abducted to enlarge the armies of neighboring countries, driven out by war or hunger, or simply called by the horizon.
They have crossed the centuries and continents without a kingdom, but rich in their dances, stories, rhythms and know-how. They are called Roma, gypsies, gypsy or tziganes. Along the way, they have sown seeds that have blossomed in gardens the world over.
