Discover the "Réseaux connectés" plant and sound work

Description

This project, entitled "Réseaux Connectés", has already been carried out in La Rochelle and now comes to life in the heart of the Brouage stronghold thanks to: visual artist Birgit Mollemeier / https://birgit-mollemeier.com/ & sound artist Julia Suero / https://www.juliasuero.com/



Inspired by communication between trees, this installation integrates local soundscapes and offers a sensory experience that encourages local participation: here, it's the fruit of workshops by 140 young people aged 8 to 18, from La Brée-les-Bains to Brouage, via Bourcefranc-le-Chapus and Marennes.



This innovative project allows students to immerse themselves in a creative process that links plastic art, sound and their everyday environment. It's a great opportunity for our students to discover a new art form, and to play an active part in the creation of a collective, intergenerational work.
