Creative workshop: forest bath with Alisson Meric

The mediatheque offers you a creative workshop in the heart of nature with Alisson Meric, a masseuse on the Ile d'Oléron and a forest bath guide. Passionate about nature, she accompanies immersions that invite you to slow down, breathe and rediscover a deep connection with the environment. More than a simple stroll, forest bathing, also known as sylvotherapy or shinrin, is also a meditative and sensory walk in the heart of the trees.

Through a series of sensory invitations, participants take the time to observe, listen and experience the forest in a different way. This experience reconnects participants to themselves, calms the mind and helps them rediscover a sense of calm and presence. A collective, caring moment to take a break, awaken the senses and enjoy the benefits of nature.
