Landscape is a site, a heritage and a project. It is therefore nature, history and planning. All three approaches require profound reflection.
What are the relationships between project interventions, the program that triggers them and the territory that hosts them? How do human activity - agricultural, economic, even industrial - contribute to the idea of nature embodied in the landscape?
What is the interaction between our history, discovered in the depths of the territory, and the landscape quality of the places we live in?sorry, I don't understand that sentence.
Today, landscape as a global project is :
- associated or confronted with the question of ecology
- reduced to embellishments
- marginalized in emblematic parks and gardens.
Through the notions of predation and creation, it is urgent to broaden this concept to escape the clichés that accompany it.
