Simon Warin (organ), Frédéric Ollier (oboe), and Flora Ollier (flute) will perform a dazzling program ranging from Bach to the symphonists this Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. at the Church of Saint-Denis d’Oléron.



Simon Warin needs no introduction; he is the virtuoso organist at the Church of Saint-Denis, where he has been performing in concerts and at Sunday services since 1995. Previously, at the age of 16, he was appointed titular organist of the second main organ in Champagne-Ardenne—that of St. Charles in Sedan—a position he left 30 years ago following the organ’s destruction.



Frédéric Ollier is a student of Pascal Saumon, principal oboist of the Orchestre National de France. After serving as a soloist with the Royal Dutch Shell Orchestra in The Hague and joining an orchestra in Budapest, he continues to pursue his art with passion, performing in duets with the flute or the organ. He does not hesitate to include highly virtuosic works in his programs.



Despite all his talent, he will have to compete to maintain his family’s musical supremacy against his 19-year-old daughter, Flora, a highly talented flutist who has already been selected for tours with an orchestra of young prodigies in France, Albania, Mexico, and elsewhere… She earned her certificate in music studies from the Paris 9th Arrondissement Conservatory with honors.



On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, virtuosity and contemplation will alternate, allowing the audience to discover the artists’ talent as well as the fantastic organ of the Church of St. Denis d’Oléron. The audience sits facing the organ and is treated to a cathedral-like sound.
