Description

Permanent Exhibition “Brouage Tells Its Story!”: Usually, this beautiful stone star, lost in the middle of the marshes, acts all shy! Yet Brouage hides a tumultuous history, filled with adventures across the ocean, bloody clashes against the backdrop of civil war, an impossible love affair with a king, and a fabulous treasure bestowed by the sea—only to be taken back almost immediately.

Now that they finally have a chance to speak, the former inhabitants of this place don’t need to be asked twice: they have plenty to say about “their” Brouage! Step into the exhibition to discover it in the spotlight, prouder than ever.
