Atelier Ikigai

Descriptif

Ikigai is an art of living originating from one of the world's 5 "Blue-zones", the island of Okinawa in Japan. The way of life of its many centenarians, who live there in harmony and fitness, has been analyzed for many years by scientists, who have drawn some interesting and useful conclusions!

Ikigai is Japanese for "joie de vivre", "raison d'être", "what makes us happy to get up in the morning", and has become a tool used in coaching to find one's path, since part of it is linked to one's work and/or social/societal commitments.

The IKIGAI workshop helps you move forward on this path by mobilizing several practices conducive to an authentic, ontological outcome:

- Implementation of a state of flow enabling access to all your resources, some of them unconscious.
