High-quality house with tasteful, modern decor. Close to the beautiful supervised beach of La Gautrelle and close to the bakery-grocery in Sauzelle. Bicycle paths at the foot of the house.
The two bedrooms: one with 1 x 160cm bed and the second with 2 x 90cm beds, each with a spacious closet. Recently renovated bathroom with Italian shower, 2 sinks and storage space. Baby equipment includes cot, booster chair and bathtub.
The living-dining room is a bright room with a 3-4-seater convertible corner sofa. Dining table seats 6.
Quality crockery and cutlery and fully equipped kitchen.
Private parking for 2-3 cars, with a plug for charging an electric car. Small garden with stone table and benches in front of the house. Back garden with covered terrace with wooden table and chairs and summer kitchen. Garden furniture, parasol, charcoal barbecue and electric barbecue. Garage and enclosed garden. Outside shower.
TNT SAT flat-screen TV, DVD player, Wifi throughout the house.
Short stays possible with a minimum of 3 nights for weekends in May (bank holidays), otherwise stays of 7 days minimum.
