Functional house with very suitable layout for 6 people in quiet residential area. Everything can be done on foot or by bike: shops, national forest and close access to the large supervised beach of Grand-Village Plage.
Interior (NO SMOKING) with large, bright living room (lounge, HD satellite TV, dining room), fitted kitchen and pantry (dishwasher, double sink, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, washing machine, steam iron, etc.). A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms, each equipped with cupboards and closets, shower room and separate WC.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, playpen, etc.
Two 80 m² south and west-facing terraces with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue, indoor and outdoor drying racks, shaded and sunny areas, etc.
