The large living room (46 M2) includes a fully-equipped Schmidt kitchen, a dining area and the comfortable lounge. It opens widely, through 2 French windows, onto the garden and veranda.



A wood-burning stove ensures a warm, cosy winter ambience for Christmas and Easter.



The 1st "en suite" bedroom with double bed leads to the 1st shower room - WC.



The second bedroom also has a double bed.



The third bedroom is more suitable for children or teenagers, with its set of bunk beds (90cm x 190cm).



Each room has its own storage space and closet.



A second bathroom opens onto the landing.



For families with a baby, there's no need to consider a tedious journey with all the equipment necessary for baby's comfort... An "umbrella" cot with mattress and undersheet is available on request. A baby chair with its own dining table is also available.



The veranda, converted into a winter garden, offers a second dining area, board games... Bathed in soft light, it overlooks the garden and its pretty, typically Oleron dry-stone walls.



The garden also features a barbecue area.



From spring onwards, lilies of the valley, climbing roses, oleanders, hollyhocks and lilies of the valley come into bloom. In summer, the large oleander, pruned into a ball, provides shade and the ideal space for deckchairs and hammocks.



The house is connected to the fiber. Wifi is available throughout the house and garden. The LED screen (103cm diagonal) and its box will give you access to over 50 channels, including TNT, cartoon channels and international news channels.



In case of late arrival, a key box is available for easy access to the house.
