Ideally located on the island of Oléron, 200 m from the heart of Saint Georges d'Oléron village, at the foot of the cycle path and 20 minutes' walk from Plaisance beach (Anse de la Malconche, opposite Fort Boyard).
The Le Lys Martagon suite has a sunny terrace with a view and direct access to the garden.
The private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The suite is equipped with a free high-speed WiFi connection, and a large-format smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV (by logging in with your personal codes).
It includes a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, microwave grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Free enclosed parking for one vehicle.
Practical terms and conditions :

- Deposit: stays of 2 and 3 nights: 50% of rent; more than 3 nights: 25% of rent at time of booking
- Deposit: 300 € per credit card terminal on arrival
- Visitor's tax: according to rate (new rule of the communauté de commune)
