A few hundred meters from this Furnished Tourist Apartment, the departure of the Maritime Shuttle which will take you directly to the Old Port of La Rochelle. This 80 m² house is ideal for spending a good vacation: its location, its recent equipment, its different living spaces (2 Terraces, 2 Balconies, 2 Bedrooms), its TV lounge upstairs, a complete kitchen. It was designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people maximum (1 160 cm bed / 2 90 cm beds). Shower room 2 sinks, separate WC, silent washing machine, bed(s) made on arrival according to reservation, 1 set of towels/pers./stay. No animals. No smoking.
