Small detached house in a residential area on the outskirts of La Rémigeasse, less than 500m as the crow flies from the ocean.
Shared parking is available at the entrance to the property. To enhance the tranquility of the setting, access to the house is on foot.
We've furnished this little house with the same care as we do our guest rooms, with a focus on personalized furnishings and decor, to offer you a cosy setting and environment.
From the house, you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ile d'Oléron on foot, via a small private road and a small forest path. This private access will enable you to reach the beach in a privileged area, less frequented than the one with public access.
Ideally located, less than 2.5km from the shops, in the heart of one of the island's best preserved natural areas, these homes will enable you to take full advantage of Oleron's major and varied attractions.
The house has a master bedroom with a 160cm bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, also offering quality sleeping accommodation.
