Festive evening starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Pres Valet Recreation Park, featuring a community dance, a concert with Alma Latina and Twelve O'Clock, and food trucks.

10:30 p.m.: Equestrian show and a procession for the torchlight parade at nightfall.
