Description
Self-taught, Cévrik is passionate about the sea. His acrylic paintings depict the Poitou Charentes region, dear to his heart. His canvases are colorful, expressive and joyful. His universe of choice is the sea, which he loves to paint in all its forms, using shades of blue. His knives wander across his canvases with flat planes of material, making his painting as expressive as possible. His skies, between light and shadow, reveal his instinctive way of painting. His favorite themes are the carrelets, the Chassiron lighthouse and the cabins of La Baudissière. The islands (Oléron, Ré, Aix) are a great source of inspiration for him.
