Description
This workshop is designed for anyone wishing to discover bobbin lace for the first time. No prerequisites are necessary, just the desire to create and manipulate threads with curiosity.
Objectives :
- Discover bobbin lace techniques
- Familiarize yourself with the material: square, bobbins, pins and threads.
- Learn basic gestures: crossing and turning
- Create a small, simple pattern (straight strip or geometric shape), which you can take away with you.
At the end of the workshop: participants leave with their first creation and the basics needed to continue practicing independently or move on to the next level.
The workshop takes place in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, in the heart of the citadel of Brouage, a place steeped in history. The workshop is open to participants aged 10 and over, whatever their level of experience. Good humor, discovery and the pleasure of creating are always on the agenda! Duration: 2 hours
