La Table du Grand Large: a gourmet restaurant between land and sea



Ideally located facing the ocean, La Table du Grand Large embodies the French art of living, with refined, iodized cuisine. Chef David Boyer, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has created a menu that pays tribute to the culinary traditions of the Ile d'Oléron, sublimating the products of the sea and the Charente region.



Opening times and practical information



Dinner service: Tuesday to Saturday evenings, until Sunday June 15.

Special openings: Easter Sunday and extended weekends in May.

David Boyer, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France at the service of the Grand Large



For the third year running, Le Boutique Hôtels Collection has entrusted the menu of La Table du Grand Large to David Boyer, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023.

This exceptional chef is no stranger to the establishment, having worked there back in 2011. His career then led him to work alongside Anne-Sophie Pic in 2019, before earning a star in 2014 and being named Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2023.



With his bold, inspired cuisine, he sublimates local produce to offer a refined, unforgettable experience on the Ile d'Oléron.
