You are the full owner of your accommodation. At Les Jardins d'IØde, you rent your plot for a set number of years and choose from among 3 builders who meet the architectural requirements of this unique location.



Fueled by his passion for gardening and architecture, Frédéric, the project's founder, wanted to bring this former family campsite back to life; each plot is a small, intimate garden, a verdant cocoon by the sea. His experience of plants and outdoor living enables him to create new gardens in IØde with all kinds of plants from 5 continents, requiring little water and respecting nature and the site.



The 3 models of sustainable housing on offer blend seamlessly into the surrounding environment, allowing nature to express itself. The spacious, south-facing plots are available for year-round rental in an environment close to all amenities: the beach 600m away, shops on foot...and the rest of the island and its natural heritage by bike.
