La Thébaïde
Description
La Thébaïde is a restaurant that offers a short, seasonal menu, local whenever possible and renewed regularly. The restaurant is run by two long-time friends, one in the dining room and one in the kitchen. The cuisine is refined yet affordable.
The menu, comprising 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts, features one vegetarian dish, one fish dish and one meat dish. The same applies to starters. Desserts include an assortment of cheeses and two sweet desserts: one based on fruit and the other on chocolate.
The cuisine can be described as bistronomic or semi-gastronomic, but after all, it's up to you to make up your own mind!
