Chef Denis Pinier has been serving French cuisine for 35 years with care, passion and inspiration. With no pretensions other than to welcome you as best he can in all humility, the Auberge Saint-Denis strives to offer gourmet cuisine served with attention and generosity, just as our mothers and grandmothers used to do.
L'Auberge Saint-Denis does not aspire to be a gourmet restaurant, but a convivial table for a tasty adventure shared with passion, respect and dedication.
From autumn through to winter, the ovens are alive with the scent of "canaille" cuisine, epitomized by the famous dish of the day. This bistro-style cuisine, with its emphasis on simple recipes and the rustic flavours of popular tradition, is an elegant nod to gastronomic cuisine.
