The Goelia "La Palmeraie" residence is located in the heart of the village of St Georges d'Oléron, 100 m from the shops and 3 km from the port of Le Douhet, the beaches of Plaisance and La Gautrelle, and the Saumonards national forest. The many cycle paths passing close to the residence take you to Boyardville, Saint-Pierre d'Oléron and the Chassiron lighthouse.
The residence is made up of 44 very spacious 3 and 4-room detached villas, with heated outdoor pools and the common services of a luxury residence.
Apartments for people with reduced mobility (please specify when booking).
Weekly, short-stay and extended weekend rentals available.
Loan of 2 mountain bikes per villa, with €400 deposit required (for 2 bikes).
Each villa has its own small garden, terrace with garden furniture and private garage (except for 2 villas which have a reserved parking space).
In 2023, the swimming pool will be open from April 8 to September 23.
