In LA BREE LES BAINS, the only 'waterfront' village on the ILE D'OLERON, Noëlle welcomes you to a house built in March 2010, located in a quiet area and able to accommodate 7 people. It comprises a living room, kitchen, utility room, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and two WCs, one of which is independent. The comfort and decoration should appeal to future occupants. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and parasol. The swimming pool (7.25 m x 3.30 m) is heated from May (depending on outside temperature) to the end of September. It is equipped with a safety shutter and a solar shower.
The patio is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The garage can accommodate one vehicle, and a second can be parked in the courtyard. The entrance gate and garage door are motorized. The ground floor (kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate toilet) is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Household linen is provided (tea towels, towels and washcloths, sheets, comforters, comforter covers, pillowcases, protectors). Also available: a cot, a child's high chair and a baby bath. A ping pong table (rackets supplied) and table soccer are also available for sporting evenings.
The house is equipped with WIFI.
