This 35 m² studio is located 100 meters from shops and the daily market in summer. The beach, citadel and port are 300 to 400 meters away. The beach at Château d'Oléron is subject to the tides; at low tide, you can swim in a supervised seawater pool 300 m away, or in the ocean on a huge sandy beach 5 km away, also accessible by bicycle.
You can store your equipment in the entrance on the first floor of the house (strollers, bikes, surfboards). Parking is easy and free in front of the house, even in high season.
