This charming 92m2 house is located on the west coast of the island (ocean side) in the very quiet hamlet of l'Ecuissière, just 5 minutes by bike from the Rémigeasse beach, 3 minutes by car from Intermarché, 5 minutes from all shops and the market, and 10 minutes from the Port de la Cotinière.
It comprises a large, bright 43m2 kitchen/dining/living room with exposed beams.

3 bedrooms, 2 with 140cm beds and one with 2 90cm beds. Bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Separate WC, 1 garage with washing machine and water softener, ideal for sensitive skin. You also have access to a 600m2 garden, landscaped, fenced and enclosed for cars. A terrace with garden furniture, parasol, electric plancha and sun loungers.
A concierge is on hand to welcome you on site, and can provide bed linen, towels and tea towels on request, as well as a cleaning service at the end of your stay (100 euros).
No WIFI, no pets allowed.
