Our charming house, located in the quiet village of Chéray in the commune of Saint Georges d'Oléron, is in the heart of the Ile d'Oléron. You'll enjoy the daily market (300m away), as well as all the shops: bakery, newsagent, restaurant, pharmacy, mini-market...

You'll also have easy access to the cycle paths (approx. 150m away), enabling you to explore the whole of Ile d'Oléron and, if you wish, to reach the beaches (3 km away, i.e. approx. 10 to 15 minutes by bike).

The house is about 4 to 5 km by car from the various beaches on the west and east coasts (Sables-Vignier, Plaisance, Domino, Foulerot, Douhet...).



It is classified as a 4-star meublé de tourisme, a guarantee of the quality of the premises.



Our house can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms, each equipped with large closets, comforters and 160x200 beds. On your arrival, you'll find your rooms ready to welcome you, thanks to the bed-making service included in your rental.



Our fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge with small freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Tassimo machine, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, multi-function food processor and beautiful crockery) opens onto a spacious living room (large dining table for 6-8 people) and lounge (with corner sofa and coffee table, as well as a large flat-screen TV and CD player). The house is air-conditioned.



Not forgetting our bathroom with walk-in shower (90 x 100), vanity unit, towel dryer, hairdryer and WC. The house also has a 2nd independent toilet.



The garage has a washing machine, tumble dryer and space to store your bicycles.



To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide board games, outdoor games, books, a shopping cart, baby equipment (high chair, potty) and 3 bicycles.



At the front of the house, you'll find an enclosed garden. Finally, at the rear of the house, hidden from view, you'll find a lovely terrace equipped with a lounge, a table with chairs, a stone barbecue, two deckchairs and an awning to enjoy the sun at your leisure.



Our concierge will welcome you and be at your disposal throughout your stay should you need anything.

If you wish, you can take advantage of our linen rental service (25 euros) and our end-of-stay cleaning service (70 euros).



Our house will offer your family and friends moments of calm and relaxation, while allowing you to discover the Ile d'Oléron.



From the 2nd consecutive week of booking, a €100 discount is offered.
