Le Loft "Fort-Boyard" is a detached house forming part of a complex of 9 apartments (2 to 6 people) with shared garden and swimming pool, close to the town center and shopping area of Dolus d'Oléron. This 6-person house has its own entrance, a south-facing terrace overlooking the pool, a courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, and private parking spaces. The first floor comprises a warm and spacious main room with a stone fireplace in the living room, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin, and separate WC.
Upstairs, the mezzanine features a cot and a trundle bed (including 2 90cm beds which also serve as a sofa) and leads to 2 sleeping areas: an open-plan bedroom with a 140cm bed and a sofa bed, and another open-plan bedroom with 2 80cm beds forming a large 160cm bed.
Possibility of short stays (minimum 3 nights) in the off-season.
