Le Petit Clos is a detached house forming part of a complex of 9 homes (2 to 6 people) with shared garden and swimming pool, close to the town center and shopping area of Dolus d'Oléron. This two-storey house benefits from a separate entrance, a 25m² private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, and private parking. The first floor comprises a living room with kitchen and dining area, a lounge with sofa bed, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs is a bedroom area separated into 2 by closets, with a trundle bed comprising 2 90cm beds on one side and a 2-person 140cm bed on the other.
The house is fully equipped for a pleasant family stay. Short stays (minimum 3 nights) possible in the off-season.
