The 91 m² FORT LOUVOIS property features a large, bright 40 m² living room. It includes a 7m² open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, coffee machine). In the living/dining room (40m²) you'll find a table with extensions, eight chairs, a pouffe, a sofa bed, a TV, a wifi box, three nesting tables and reversible air conditioning.
The bedrooms are as follows: the first is 11 m² with a large closet and a 140x190 bed, the second is 9 m² with a 90x190 double bed and a large closet, and the third is 9 m² with a 140x190 bed and a large closet.
The bathroom has an Italian shower, towel dryer and toilet.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer (+ vacuum cleaner).
The outside spaces are ideally laid out, with a 140 m² fenced garden, a 20 m² terrace, garden furniture, eight chairs, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue.
Parking for two vehicles is available on an enclosed site.
