Quality, well-equipped and spacious house. Bright living room with free WiFi. The property's location on the island makes it ideal for visiting the villages and markets of Saint-Georges d'Oléron and Chéray, the park, forest, beaches, sea, vineyards and exploring the many cycle paths.
The two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (140cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm), each with its own dressing table. Both rooms reflect the island's natural environment. A spacious bathroom has plenty of storage space. There are plenty of storage cupboards throughout the house.
Baby equipment includes a cot, high chair and bathtub.
The living/dining room is a large, bright room. The extendable dining table seats 6.
High-quality kitchen equipment and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
There is parking, a bicycle garage, a garden in front of the house and a private enclosed garden to the rear, facing south-west, with a wooden terrace for your outdoor meals. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs and a gas barbecue/plancha.
