In the hamlet of La Boirie, near Saint-Pierre, you'll discover the beauty of the Ile d'Oléron. Chai de la Boirie is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. As you enter, you'll be surprised by the garden's exotic species: olive trees, phoenix palms, whashingtonia, yacca and more. Two awnings will allow you to enjoy either the swimming pool (heated in season), or the proximity of the kitchen for good times.
First floor:
The large, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room.
The old stone joints and beams will remind you of the age of this place.
Corridor with separate WC, shower room (PMR) with WC, 2nd shower room, bedroom n°1: with double bed, bedroom n°2: with double bed or 2 single beds, bedroom n°3: with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 90x200).
1st floor:
A mezzanine with bookcase overlooks the large dining table.
Bedroom n°4: with 2 beds, bedroom n°5: with 2 beds. Shower room with WC, small office or children's playroom.
Located 1.3km from Saint-Pierre, you'll find everything you need.
The beaches are within easy reach, especially the cycle paths through the marshes and vineyards.
This is a very quiet place, and deserves to stay that way. No parties or noisy groups please.
