Situated in a quiet, pleasant allotment, the house is in an area close to the beach at Matha, the port of La Cotinière, its shops and cycle paths.
This house comprises a large living room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island, 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (double bed 140/190), bedroom 2 (bunk beds 2x90/190 + double bed 140/190), bedroom 3 (2 single beds 80/200), 2 shower rooms with Italian shower, 2 separate toilets, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
It has a large terrace of around 80 m² overlooking an enclosed garden, a storeroom, a garage with 2 adult bikes + 1 child's bike at your disposal, garden furniture, chiliennes, a barbecue and private parking.
The house can ideally accommodate 6 adults + 2 children or 4 adults with 4 children.
