Listed house away from the road, with south-east facing openings, located in the village of Maisonneuve between the Port of La Cotinière and the commercial town of Saint Pierre.
With a surface area of 27m2, it comprises a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed and a TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a cot if required and a shower room with toilet. Cleaning products and table linen are provided; bed linen, towels and cleaning service at the end of your stay are not included.
Outside you have a terrace with table and chairs, a shed, a garden with a jar-din, deckchairs, barbecue and a private parking. You have an isolated compost bin and the material to practice selective sorting.
If necessary, you can put your bikes in a closed garage and your pet will benefit from the space of a large meadow.
The entrance is closed by a gate and the access to the house is through a common passage with the owner's house.
Minimum rental of 7 days between April and October.
