In a tranquil setting, 700 m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Oleron, you'll enjoy a pleasant stay in this small, tastefully furnished 37 m² house, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 living area, 1 fitted kitchen, 1 shower room with shower, 1 separate toilet, not forgetting of course internet and TV via fiber.
In the enclosed garden, where you can park your car, you'll find a barbecue and a sheltered arbour where you can enjoy your meals if you wish. You can also sunbathe on the deckchairs provided.
In the vicinity of the rental property, cycle paths will take you around the Ile d'Oléron. You can go either to the typical little port of La Cotinière or further north to the Chassiron lighthouse; or on the other side of the island to Saint-Trojan or the port of Les Salines.
The shops in the center of Dolus are just 2 km away, as is the ILEO water park. If you prefer golf, La Perrotine is the place to be. You'll be spoilt for choice on the Ile d'Oléron, with numerous sites to visit and a wide range of leisure activities to choose from.
