A charming house nestled in a private cul-de-sac hidden from view. Warm atmosphere. Quiet assured.
The reception room of 30m² benefits from a triple exhibition and an insert for the winter season. It extends on the terrace with a view of the swimming pool (10x5) and the garden.
The kitchen, very well equipped, also overlooks the outside and the south-facing terrace protected by a beautiful palm tree.
Also on the ground floor the rooms Palm and Cherry (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 140) and their common bathroom (shower + bath), separate toilet and laundry (washing machine and dryer).
On the first floor a beautiful mezzanine furnished in living and office space (the sofa bed offers the possibility of 2 additional beds) which gives access to the room Mimosas (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90) with its private bathroom with shower and toilet.
An extension houses a fourth totally independent room overlooking the pool (2 beds of 80, bathroom and toilet).
Parking two cars in front of the house and possibility to park two other side garden. Large garage for bicycles, surfboards, etc…
The private swimming pool is 10mX5m. It is equipped with an electric roller shutter for the safety of the youngest.
On the edge of the nature reserve and oyster parks, its central position on the island allows you to easily radiate by bike to the beaches on the Atlantic side (Rémigeasse, wood green…) as on the Continent side (Boyardville) in about fifteen minutes, access to the shops of Dolus (10 minutes) or enjoy the atmosphere and the market of Saint Pierre (15 minutes).
Rental from Sunday to Sunday during school holidays.
Cleaning is included in the price. You will find the beds made on arrival. We provide towels.
Free fiber connection, Google Chromecast, TV, American fridge, induction plate, DeLonghi espresso machine, barbecue, baby cot, board games, 3 adult mixed bikes are at your disposal and 3 helmets. We lend them to you. Use is your responsability. Check the condition of the bikes before using them.
The house is rented all year round, in summer you will enjoy the pool and in winter the fireplace with insert
