This air-conditioned rental is totally independent, has its own access and is equipped with 2 French windows.

It's in a quiet location close to all amenities (bakery 150m, daily market 300m, mini-markets 1km, leisure park 500m, bike paths 300m). Beaches on the west side (Domino, Chaucre, les Huttes, Seulières) and east side (port du Douhet, Plaisance) are 2.5km away.

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking or eating in the room.

For short-stay guests (2 to 6 days), we provide breakfast ingredients (bread, pastries, coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar, jam, etc.). Guests are responsible for preparation.

For weekly stays, we do not provide breakfast.

Provision of bedding (sheets and comforters) and towels (not beach towels).

Beds are made on arrival.

Composition of the rental :

- Room 30 m2 with 1 electric bed 180x200 and 2 bunk beds 190x90, quality bedding. An umbrella-type cot is available on loan. Equipped with large-screen TV.

- En-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

- Semi-enclosed summer kitchen (with possibility of total closure) with fridge, gas stove, kettle, coffee maker, table and benches. Cleaning required after each use. This kitchen is reserved for room occupants only.

- 20m2 terrace with seating, 2 deckchairs and garden furniture.

- 3 bicycles can be rented at a very attractive rate.

- Enclosed courtyard parking for 1 car

- Widescreen TV

Low and mid-season" rates (from 16 Sept to 06 July and from 25 Aug to 30 Sept) a 10% discount will be applied as well as for single occupancy.

From 06 July to 27 August weekly rentals only.

- Weekly stay from 06 July to 27 August 650€ per week for 2 people and 80€ per additional person.

Outside this period, the weekly price is 550€ for 2 people and 70€ per additional person.

possible rental for 2 nights minimum at 98€ per night for 2 people and 22€ per additional person.

- Deposit 30%, balance to be paid on arrival, for all stays a deposit cheque will be required (400€ justified by the quality of the equipment). This will be returned on departure after an inventory of fixtures. Optional cleaning is €40, payable on arrival (only for weekly stays).

In the event of a Covid-related administrative ban, we will return the deposit.

Hours: Arrival from 5 pm / Departure no later than 10 am.

Luggage can be left on site.
