La maison est équipée de panneaux photovoltaïques et de chauffe-eau thermodynamiques. Nous privilégions les achats local, bio et en vrac pour réduire les déchets. Évidemment nous faisons du tri sélectif. Nous avons un petit potager et des poules en liberté qui finissent les restes et qui fournissent des oeufs.
Description
The guest house is located on the edge of the forest, on the ocean side of the Ile d'Oléron. Surrounded by a large park, the house has three spacious rooms with independent access. Each room has its own terrace and private bathroom. The beach is 700 meters away on foot, and the cycle path is nearby. Erie, a naturopath, offers relaxing massages, foot reflexology and nutritional advice. A full, home-cooked breakfast is served in the common room or on the terrace, with gluten-free and lactose-free options available on request.
The 40m² "pool view" room faces south-west, with a 180x200 bed facing a large bay window overlooking the pool. A second bay window opens onto a private south-east-facing terrace overlooking the park. The bedroom features a TV and a large open-plan bathroom with 2 basins, walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The 37m² "park view" room has a 180x200 double bed and a large bay window overlooking the garden. It has its own south-east-facing terrace. It has a private shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. It is equipped with a television.
The 34 m² "patio view" room is located on the north side of the house, and is the quietest room with its flower-filled garden area and private terrace. The room features a 160x200 double bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. It is equipped with a television.
In a common room where breakfast is served when it's cool, you'll find a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and crockery at your disposal.
