Descriptif
Plates based on the terroir of Oleron (seaweed and oysters from our neighbors, fish from the Cotinière), inspired by the team's journey from Reunion Island (rougail saucisse!) to Jura (vacherin glacé).
We also offer fish smoked on site, and weekly suggestions to match the seasons and our desires!
We also offer convivial theme evenings with culinary specialities of varied inspiration, "Les jeudis fumants", concert evenings and broadcasts of sporting events. Evenings with meals included, on reservation.
We look forward to welcoming you to share good wine and good times with you in a natural setting surrounded by pine trees.
