The cooking workshop on Oléron

Session saveurs is an association dedicated to food lovers wishing to enrich their culinary knowledge in a convivial setting on the Ile d'Oléron. Our workshops, led by experienced chefs, enable participants to explore a variety of techniques and recipes, from revisited classics to original creations.



In a warm atmosphere, we share our passion for gastronomy through sessions adapted to all levels, encouraging exchanges and the discovery of local products.

"After 40 years of catering on the islands of Ré and Oléron, with the last 2 restaurants Saveurs des îles and GaïA, well known to gourmets, I'm delighted to be able to share my passion for gastronomy with you.



Through my cooking classes, I'd like to inspire you to go further. We'll learn how to choose the right local products, as well as those from elsewhere, certain cooking techniques, how to prepare a plate with care, how to create original recipes, how to organize your work surface, and much more, all of which will make you stand out from the crowd!



I now have the desire and the pleasure of sharing this experience and this ever-present passion with all of you!
