Description
Session SaveurS offers intimate cooking classes (4 to 5 people maximum) dedicated to discovering and showcasing local produce. Guided by Patrick, a renowned chef from the island of Oléron, participants learn to select, prepare and cook ingredients from very short supply chains: La Cotinière fisheries, Oléron market gardeners and local producers.
Two formats are offered:
- 4h of classes with Patrick, followed by a full tasting of the products to exchange, share and deepen the techniques covered.
- 2h class with on-the-spot tasting in the kitchen.
All equipment, ingredients and apron provided. Participants are asked to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
These workshops offer a convivial and authentic culinary experience, suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced amateurs, ideal for progressing and discovering new recipes alongside a passionate chef.
