Descriptif

Elisabeth Baron paints with acrylics subjects as varied as seascapes, animals, landscapes, figures, still lifes and old nautical charts.

Patricia Da Silva creates pottery using raku, a 16th-century technique from Japan. The piece is quickly heated up and taken straight out of the kiln. The thermal shock causes the glaze to crack. The cracks are revealed by smoking. Each piece is unique thanks to this firing process.
