Alternatively, a yoga session on a paddleboard in the middle of the marshes, surrounded by birdsong – a real incentive to adopt some good habits – and have some great memories to boot! In short, make the most of the beneficial effects of the natural world and qualified professionals who are only too delighted to introduce you to what they feel passionate about – and take care of you at the same time.
If you need to let off some steam and really work up a sweat, we have lots of facilities to help you do just that, on top of our famous cycle paths. Get some fresh air and combine it with some walking - gentle or more active. It’s an activity you can do on your own using specially-designed forest fitness trails or supervised sessions that aim to build up muscle tone and improve cardio-fitness in our gyms and sports facilities. Several packages are on offer during high season and sessions can be bought individually or short-term subscriptions taken out. Perhaps you’d rather work out in the water and save yourself those aches and pains? We can take care of that too, in the shape of aquagym and aquabike sessions.
