Description
Located in the north of Oleron Island, the village of La Menounière welcomes you for a peaceful vacation. 2 brand-new, totally independent houses of 67 m² each await you, including 2 bedrooms, large living room with fitted kitchen area, shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, air conditioning, TV and fiber-optic internet access, in an enclosed property with private parking and electric gate. You'll also benefit from a free wi-fi connection, enabling you to work from home if you wish.
Outside, there's a barbecue and garden furniture so you can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace.
Bed linen and towels (except bath and shower towels) are provided, and beds will be made up on arrival.
Just a few kilometers away, you'll reach the town center of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron, the island's "capital", where you'll find numerous small shops, as well as several supermarkets.
For cycling enthusiasts, there are many cycle paths around the island. You can go either to the typical little port of La Cotinière or further north to the Chassiron lighthouse.
If you want to play golf, you can go to La Perrotine. You'll be spoilt for choice on the Ile d'Oléron, whether you want to visit one of the many sites or take part in one of the many leisure activities. Let your desires guide you.

Rentals accepted for a minimum of 3 nights, excluding the period from June 20 to September 11, 2026. During this period, rentals are only accepted for a full week, from Saturday to Saturday. Bed linen and towels (excluding shower and bath towels) are included in the price. Rates are for a maximum of 4 people. Beyond this number and with a maximum of 2 additional people, a supplement of €25/day/person will be charged. Tourist tax is applicable. It is €2.31 per day per person aged 18 and over. It must be paid on arrival, in addition to the rental price. No arrival or departure on Sunday.
