Their leitmotiv is to source the products, select only the best and then sublimate them through seasoning, cooking...
The restaurant offers a short, à l'ardoise menu that changes with the seasons and, above all, product availability.
In the dining room, the sommelier will guide you through the wine list, with a fine selection of local (Ile d'Oléron and Fief Vendéen) and French wines.
